Welcome to Colton's World! We'll be adding things often, so please keep visiting us.PrologueShortly after school let out for summer vacation in 2007, we began to notice that 7 year old Colton was not his usual bubbly self. As fate would have it, on June 7, 2007 Colton was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia. What followed was the start of an aggressive treatment to cure this disease. Just thirty years ago, doctors would have given us six weeks of life for Colton, but through the grace of God and medical breakthroughs, the doctors give him a very good prognosis and expect an 80% chance of long-term remission. The course of treatment however, will be a long, arduous three-year journey of weekly doctor visits, hospital stays, medical procedures, chemotherapy, and radiation before we will know the outcome of the efforts.
